
Instructor Profile
Sensei Ildikó Rédai, 5th Dan SKIF, is an internationally respected Shotokan karate instructor, competitor, and coach whose career spans more than three decades. She began her karate journey in 1989 in Hungary and later moved to the Netherlands, where she continued to refine her practice and expand her influence in the Shotokan community.
Today, Sensei Ildikó stands as one of the most decorated kata specialists in the global SKIF community and currently serves as National Kata Coach at SKIF Belgium.
